• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the holiday start date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 28 to 14 days of the holiday start date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the holiday start date are non-refundable.
   

We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
